Before using the Wellcome OHS software, we were processing all subcontractor documentation and training processes manually. Since we started using Wellcome, we have made document and training tracking more organized and stored everything in a single system. The risk of documents being lost, deleted or mixed up has decreased.

The system now automatically tracks expiry dates of legally required documents and alerts both us and the subcontractor representative. This prevents a subcontractor employee with an expired document from entering the site. We have no non-conformances in the subcontractor management system during ministry inspections and can answer questions more quickly and clearly thanks to the software. We save significant time and labor because there is no manual document check or training.

Despite trying many methods to organize our company's subcontractor work, especially due to old habits, companies were continuously sending their documents via WhatsApp on mobile phones or by email. We would check and approve documents but after a certain period these emails or WhatsApp messages had to be repeated.
